1. Warranty Coverage

Digital Refurb provides a one-month warranty for the product/service sold to the customer under the terms and conditions outlined herein. This Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise within one (1) month from the date of purchase or delivery.

  • Scope of Warranty: During the Warranty period, Digital Refurb will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product/Service that proves to be defective due to errors in materials or workmanship.
  • Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover issues or defects resulting from:

Normal wear and tear.

Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the Product/Service.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Failure to follow the Product/Service’s instructions or guidelines.

Acts of nature or other unforeseeable events.

  1. Claim Process
  • Notifying : To make a Warranty claim, the Customer must notify [Your Company Name] in writing via email or by contacting our customer support within the Warranty period, describing the issue in detail and providing proof of purchase
  • Investigation and Resolution: Upon receiving a valid claim, Digital Refurb will investigate and work to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame. we will determine whether the reported issue is covered under this Warranty.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law ‘s liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product/Service as determined by digital refurb. In no event shall digital refurb be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages.

  1. Termination of Warranty

This Warranty terminates automatically upon the expiration of the one-month Warranty period.

  1. Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

  1. Changes to Warranty

Digital Refurb reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty policy at its sole discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes through written notice.

By purchasing the Product/Service, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
